I am writing this message to complain about the services given by the drivers of Uber taxi. Today I booked uber from Sector 25 Rohini to Shahdara in Delhi at around 0835 pm. Later I called up the driver Sumit (Maruti Suzuki Ritz) and he said he is coming. But after 8-10 minutes he cancelled the trip. My account has been debited by Rs 63.

I again book the cab. Driver Praveen (Hyundai Xcent) was assigned. I was trying so many times to call him up, but he made his phone unreachable and switched off. I waited for him 20-25 mints and at last the trip was cancelled by him

Also I want to make the complaint about this unprofessional way of the drivers as they are making the clients fool and wasting their time. They only want to make the money and don’t care about the clients time and satisfaction.

I do not understand why uber giving work to these kind of drivers. Refunding money is not the solution. there should be some more strictness for these kind of drivers. As if they are not ready to drive than why they are with uber.

I am very disappointed with uber and its driver. I do not recommend uber now anyone
