I booked a cab with Uber on 10th April 2017 with card payment option. The driver took 73 rs cash from me while my bill was of 39 rs(which is still pending for card payment). Driver was really rude and disrespectful for me. Uber does not even have customer care number to contact to in case we need it too. Check in google and you will not get even a single number working for customer care. This was really pathetic and disrespectful for me to take that ride. Uber even did not listen to my complaint when I mailed them and refused for refund. Uber does not even has hold on their drivers . Really disrespectful . Please take strict action against uber.
