Dear sir or madam,

I purchased three perfumes from Unboxed.in Order ID: 2782968 and Order ID: 2782943 worth Rs.6700 and all three perfumes were fake. They were Midnight in Paris Rs.2199, Bleu de Chanel for Rs.2999 and the other 1499 he refunded back to me. I spoke to Mohit on the phone and on WhatsApp chat and he said he will refund me the amount, but he didn’t.

Initially when I made the purchase I posted on the comments stating this, please read, “Make sure that the product is 100% original, sealed, never opened at all, never sprayed, never decanted, never tampered, never diluted. If you are 100% sure of this, then only you accept the order, otherwise just cancel my order and refund, I have no issues, I won’t question you at all. I want to purchase only genuine items. If you send me a knockoff or a fake, I’ll have a problem, sorry. I hope you totally understand my concern. Thanks. Please process only after reading this.”

So he called me immediately and told me that all the products are genuine and it’s under the shelf life of 3 years, but when I opened the box, I found that Midnight in Paris was a 100% fake or knock-off, the box and bottle resembled originality, but it was not neither the juice was, and the fake batch code revealed that it was made in 2/2011, which I told him before not to send if it’s older than three years. Second, Bleu de Chanel was without box and it was 100% fake too, the juice inside was just some cedar oil and not the real Bleu juice. When I asked him he said that’s why it’s cheap, but he is selling under Clearance, how would I know?

I warned him that if he didn’t refund, I’ll file a complaint in consumer court but he dared and said to me to go ahead and do. Now I want to raise a complaint against him, I want a refund and I also want that you shutdown his website, he is making a lot of money selling fake, knock-offs and counterfeit perfumes. He is making Rs.5 lakhs plus per month by just cheating people selling fake goods. I highly suggest that you interfere and get me refund of both, total Rs.5198, and additional amount for the headache he had given me.I want you shut down his website.
