I had placed an order with them more than a month ago. My money got deducted but still the order has not been shipped! I have written multiple emails to them but no response! I have finally asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund but they aren’t responding to any of my emails. Please can you help?

These people are highly unprofessional and i would strongly recommend not buying any perfumes from them!
It’s a fraud that they are doing with customers, taking their money and then disappearing!
