Refuses to deliver my order
I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ (Order #KL23354298UN) with Unboxify on Monday, March 16 at 9:41 AM, under expedited delivery (2–4 business days). Despite repeated assurances, the product has not been delivered.
The promised 2–4 business days have now stretched to 8 business days, with no progress or updates. Customer care responses have been unhelpful, only asking me to “wait” without providing any concrete resolution or timeline.
This delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable. My demand for a refund was also met with a “wait”.
