I booked a flat in Unitech Harmony property in Kolkata, West Bengal .
I made the payment of full amount of INR 6750095.00 in Aug/Sep 2012

These are my open questions/concerns –

1) There is a big delay in construction completion, How will I be compensated for this ?
2) Is there an ETA on when the hand over of the house will take place ?
3) Since I opted the payment plan A01 ( Paying in Full up-front ) I was supposed to get a 10 % discount, but received only a partial discount, as my apartment building was to be handed over in 18 months – Since this did not take place I am expecting the additional discount that I was not given be now given to me
