We have booked a flat in Unitech Fresco Kolkata on December 2011 with commitment of delivery within 36 months from the date of booking.We have paid 95% of the price but they have not yet been able to complete the Tower and defering the delivey every time.we were supposed to get the flat in December 2014, but still it is uncertain when we can get.We are in great loss.No body in Unitech.is competent to give confirmed schedule of delivery.can anybody suggest where to approach.
