Dear sirs,
I bought two torches from urjakart.com on 10th august 2016 for rupees 1870. Of which order number is 200028841. Of which i received only one number of product. After that i have been emailing and calling the urjakart team but in vain they have taken my account drtails on september 5 but havent refunded the sum of rupees 935.every time i called till october the customer care said we will refund the amount within 5 days ,but even on november 2nd they have failed to do so.
Now they dont reply to emails and neither their customer care number works.
Kindly help me get my refund or product and do somesthing about this fraudulent urjakart.com.
