Sir,
I, for the purpose of road safety, booked a convex mirror from Urjakart.com on September 14 2016, vide order no. 200029891 by paying an amount of Rs 4612/-.

At first On 13th September 2016, I paid Rs 2149/-, for order number 200029853, which was cancelled at my request due to the product size complication. On the next day ie 14th September I paid Rs 2463/- extra for getting the new product as per Urjakart companys instruction and a new order number was given vide 200029891.

Due to the unavailability of the product,the Urjakart company has cancelled my order ( 200029891 ) and assured me to refund my amount paid.

Till this date they have not refunded my amount. Each time of my contact with them for my repayment request, they are answering- it will reflect in your account with in 5 working days. Months passed, they have no intention to return my amount.
Kindly Help.
