I worked in this company for more than 2 months but they didn’t give me my full month December salary. What actually happened was I was medically not fit in the month of January 2019 and I was absent for some days in start January but when I returned with all my blood test reports and medical bills and the doctor’s prescription , they didn’t accept me or anything and said you cannot work here any more , you are terminated. I was continuously saying sorry to our operations head but he refused to listen anything and asked me to leave. After some days when I went back there asking for my salary of the December month they were liye we will not give you your salary. They asked me to re-join in the company but my parents didn’t want me to work there anymore so I said I don’t want to continue here anymore and I need my deserving salary but they refused and said we will not give you your salary.
