SB Infowaves is another name for VAP Technology Pvt Ltd who were running a scam call centre.
This company has not even paid me my last month’s salary with incentives from 2018. I have met with the HR several times regarding my salary, and the last time I met with HR Manager Mrs. Saheli Aich, she asked me to visit the office. However, on the scheduled day, she informed me that the owner of the company was not in the office or even in Kolkata, so she couldn’t release my salary. I really don’t understand what they are up to!
You should understand that I don’t have any extra time to visit their office repeatedly for the same issue and waste my time.

Guys, don’t waste your valuable time by joining there. First, read this, and then you will understand. I wasted 3 precious years there. Except for politics, I have never seen anything else there.

I am really tired of asking for my salary for the last month. When I left, I didn’t receive my salary for that particular month, which was November 2018. I worked there for 3 years and still haven’t received my experience letter.
I have talked to HR Manager Mrs. Saheli Aich and sent messages until today’s date, but I am not getting any proper response. She keeps me waiting, and I don’t understand why she is doing this to me and how long I have to wait to get my own hard-earned money from November 2018.
The company was good to me in the past. The payroll was fine, and I started as an agent but was later promoted to a supervisor. The environment was okay, and seniors were like friends, but some people were also bad there, which was not the company’s fault.
As I am not getting any help to get my salary and experience letter, I feel compelled to write this review on Google. Maybe it will help me get my work done soon.

You told me you would contact me, but I have been waiting for your call for almost 2 months, and you don’t even bother about my salary. I even called you, and you didn’t pick up my phone. See how they are?
I work for them, and they are not giving me my hard-earned money. What is this? I really don’t understand.

I have never seen this much hassle to get my own salary. I have been texting them, but most of the time, they don’t respond. This is not right. They can only call people and hire them to complete their targets and fulfill company requirements, but when it comes to helping people get their Full and Final settlement, they don’t do it, and we have to go through different kinds of harassment.

I went to their office in October and November 2021 once again. When I went there last time, HR Manager Saheli Aich asked me to come on Monday 29/11/2021. We were supposed to have a meeting with VAP Technology owner Mr. Abhishek Surana to discuss my Full and Final settlement. I had taken an appointment fixed by HR Manager Saheli Aich. When I was going to the meeting, HR Manager Saheli texted me not to come. What was that? Is that a joke?
I have been working from home for a long time because of the pandemic situation, so it’s difficult for me to come to their office repeatedly as I am residing in a different city.

The company still has not provided my salary from 2018. No one can ever grow by exploiting the poor; God is above, and He will judge. The company owner has already faced consequences; the department has sealed the company in the past. Now, the company had to vacate its own building and rent a place, opening a new company in another building.
