I have given the complete money for the Metropolis Studio Apartments Greater Noida and the builder has given me a No Dyes certificate but possession of the apartment is pending.
On contacting them I was informed that the apartments are not fully furnished and then only the will be doing the needful.
An offer has been made that I can take a shop or a commercial space in the property which is being registered. The cost will be adjusted accordingly. It means that the builder will guve me the property at the current rate and value my property at the old value which is unacceptable,
