I have purchased 2 studio apartments at I valley KP-III, Greater Noida, Vardhman Builders.
The builder said that he will pay INR 15000 interest each for 4 years by leasing that property. I have made the down payment. Now the builder says that he is out of money and cannot pay the interest. I am a retired citizen and don’t want to got to court. What remedy do I have. He is not fulfilling his part of the contract and also not willing to give the money back. I want either he should pay the interest or return my money. He says in lieu of the interest I can buy another property but the price per square feet he is quoting is very high and the property is also not at good location. If any additional details required pls suggest.
