The handing over was delyed by 1.5 years and still possesion certificate is awaited.The pluming is such that it is concealed and leaking inside the wall lleading to areas inside the Bedroom wet.The Boudrywall is yet to be completed.the drain from terrace cover of portico is not fitted.The overall finish is not as per contract.
The matter was taken with the project Manager several times in writing but nothing is being done except promises.
I am in a fix, how to get these defect corrected.The warranty period is for one year but vastu vihar management is not bothered about the consumer problems.
The firm has launched another Ph-2 but people are not aware of the quality of construction and may land in similar problems.
