R/sir, it is a matter of great regret that i am compelled to bring my issue before you. I had booked a building in january 2018 at phase 1, darbhanga in the name of my wife nirmala karn. The unit no. Alloted is new kaveri 1. Despite payment of more than 20 (Twenty) lacs rupees out of the unit cost of said unit rs 29 lacs only one fourth of the entire construction work have been done by the vastu vihar sofar. I am suffering a lot as i have to pay high rent for my accomodation after retirement. Being a senior citizen, zi woud request you take necessary action to prevent me from mental agony and monetary loss being caused to to delay in construction.in this connection i would like to add that it was clearly assured by the builder at the time of booking that the building would be handed over by zjune 2019 positively but it is not expected to be completed even by the end of the year. Keeping in view the latest judgement passed by hon’ble supreme court to protect the interest of the consumer as applicable in my case, your immediate action is required.
