I Amit Kumar Booked a Duplex bunglow in Vastu Vihar Phase-2 Bhagalpur in 2013 year . Company is not Handing over since last year even I paid full payment .

Recently I paid extra amount through Bank Loan for extra work, but Vastu Vihar is not willing to refund the amount .

Plz give compensation for 2 yr delay and excess amount to be refund.
