I purchased kaveri bunglow in bettiah. The quality of cement and bricks used are worst like used in sarkri indra vikas. The management are stupid i think they never ispect the quality. If u are planning to buy i will say never go for vastu vihar. The worst thing is that they will not tell u which cement and which brick they will use after u pay money they will use local brnd cement
