Worst experience ever faulty product delivered by Videocon Home Appliances and Electronics Videocon
Facing issue with the cooling of the AC which is no/very poor.
Since day 1 it is pathetic and after every 5-10 days. we call for service guys it stops working and when filed for complaint every time we are told that it is just because gas leakage. Everytime service guys visit and repair the same. After 5-10 days of the service the issue comes back again.
I have logged atleast 6-7 complaints regarding the same within a span of just one year.
The first complaint logged was just after 10 days of the date of purchase.
Below are the few complaint numbers out of those 6-7 ones:
AGR2506160001, AGR0306160242 and AGR2304160108.
The product is faulty since day one and when asked to replace the same the CCE denied to help or escalate.
This is the height of poor service delivered.
Now even after paying such a huge amount we are unable to use the product as it is faulty.
Kindly take a strict action on the same.
