I bought videocon Z50 nova through Flipkart at 2/01/2015. but it is defective product and i gave mobile four times for service centre to repair but they can’t repair. so i need DOA letter for replace the mobile but service centre also not issue the DOA letter. they reject my request of giving letter. sir i must need issue DOA letter.
