I ordered FitSense Smart Watch online based on advt on Google from Vista Technology and paid Rs 1799/- from Paytm Wallet Order ID 9817-4307, Wallet Ref No 41619019155 on 06 Aug 2022. The item was shipped by Shiprocket vide Order ID #4306, Courier Amazon Shipping, AWB No 318851934802 on 10 Aug 2022. On opening the consignment, I was shocked to find a small bottle inside the package instead of Smart Watch. Despite of my best efforts, I could not reach the Vista Technology Customer Support team to resolve the issue. It is requested that necessary action may please be taken to recover my financial loss. Please do let me know if FIR is required to be filed or any other action to be taken by me.
