Vodafone Fraud charges add in my postpaid bill

Hi team.
I am very disappointed with the services of Vodafone and the customer
care executive. I am facing billing related issues from last 6 month.
I am charged for downloading from paid website which I never done.
Every time I complained about it on nodel email id. They accept that
it was wrongly charges and reverse the same. So paid only the services
which I am using. The same happened this time also. I mailed again but
this time they said the charges are correct so no reverse is possible.
I need all information related to that including website name date and
time of subscription. Till time I will not get details I will not pay
bill.
I am using this no from last 3 years and always paid money on time. If
this issue will not resolve I will switch my no to Airtel as I am
getting calls from them for no portability.
So requesting to help me as I want to continue service from you.
It will be grt if someone will look into matter and resolve the same.
