I ported from Airtel to Vodafone Idea on 18.12.2022. Because of very bad service and am struggling. Am working in Krantiveera Sangoli Rayanna Bengaluru City Railway station and staying at Nearby Railway Colony. the coverage of Network is very poor and Internet coverage is very poor and In the month of February I coudnt even consume Ten GB data and remain unutilised. Sometimes if I try for a call, then it shows ” not registered on Network”. If someone dial my number they hear it is either switched off or out of coverage area. Several times I visited their outlet near Pothys, Bangalore. But nothing has improved. Data coverage near this KSR Banglore City Railway station is very poor. Customer care number is useless and never got a customer executive for registering a coplint. what is the solution?
