I have been incorrectly charged for these services which i have never used before or have been informed of. I have only been using WiFi and haven’t used mobile data. When i had recharged my phone number with ₹80 rupees just to extend the validity, i had been charged ₹25 and ₹49 for two services which I haven’t used before. I have been wrongfully charged and would like to be refunded immediately. There may be claims that i have clicked something or downloaded something from which i may have been charged but i am definitely sure that I haven’t clicked any links, visited any such pages or downloaded anything and my phone is not accessed by any children or adults and it is used only by myself. I was charged for the following services and would like to be refunded the amount of ₹74.
