VPLAK has worst customer service and I will highly recommend you not to order anything from it.
I ordered UPS for my modem from their website which on accepting payment, never reflected by order. After reaching out to customer care multiple times, they finally processed my order but took 21 days to deliver (promised delivery in 5 working days).
As I have purchased product from better e-commerce website by that time, i placed return request (For that again i have to send many emails as my order was still not reflected in website).
After 18 days and sending them product un-tocuhed pics, they denied return saying that product has been open and tampered.
VPLAK in my honest opinion is run by slow & lazy people who have no regards toward delivery, their crapy website and worst customer service ever.
Also same product by their company is available cheaper on flipkart.
