I placed an order of Chromecast 3rd Generation from VPLAK on September 25th . I called them multople times but no one answered the calls. Initially when I contacted them on Whatsapp, they responded by saying that they will get back to me but they haven’t followed up. When I texted them again on Whatsapp, they did not respond. I want the Chromecast to be delivered asap or if they don’t have it, I want my money refunded as I prepaid for the product.
