VPlak are making fool to customers. Don’t buy any product from these sites. I already given written complaint to authorities in Gurgaon to take action on them. Cheap people and ceo.

How to file a complaint against Vplak?
* Go to page
* Write Vplak in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Vplak.
I had ordered COD JBL party box 310 . The same the site confirmed .
After a day recieved a call for paying up front which I refused saying I am dealing with you for first time need to be careful. Thereafter they said using a unlisted number ,the product is in demand if I want to confirm order have to give a 1000/ by UPI or debit card.(what?)
Then I post this conversation on their official number and ask a responce . For two days no responce .
Then the operator msges that please do transfer immediately . I try and call all listed numbers of the site no one picks up. Thereafter I try this private number that too doesn’t respond.
I received a msg there after that the product is out of stock.
Futher inquiring on the website I get the same product available at higher amount.
This is unfair practice luckily I didn’t pay otherwise they would have not even responded.
My original order number 1723154730 rs 37800
My second order after the so-called representative said stock not available 1723252728 rs 39500.
This is not clean dealing . One will never be able to trust business like these
