I ordered above mentioned product form vplak at 11th January 2022, after 3 days they called me and said that your product has been shipped through Bluedart and gave me a tracking ID but when tried to track that product from given ID in Bluedart’s site it always shows that product has not been picked up, when I contacted to vplak for refund they always say that you will get in one or two days but till I haven’t received. what should I do?

* Write Vplak in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Vplak.
I faced a similar situation while purchasing a product from VPLAK. I approached the Police at Sector 40, Gurugaon (Near Huda City Metro Station), and got the refund within 10 minutes. You may also talk to the owner of VPLAK at 78368 62582
