I ordered home projector on 9th May 2020 with online full payment and no response yet from anyone on this
I tried to connect through call and mail and no response yet

Don’t ever buy any product from VPLAK. Its completely fake website and I lost ₹5490, I ordered home projector on May 9th 2020 and till now I dint get product or money refund, they are not picking customer care calls and they are not responding in mails as well
Last 10 days before, they replied saying that money refunded with fake bank UTR reference number and till now I dint get refund

Exactly same issue with me I ordered a laptop cooling pad and prepaid for it. They dont take my calls, emails nothing. I think we should file a complaint at consumer affairs website against them.
