I cancelled my order but there is no response from company about refund of money.
I have Ordered an Item but i cancelled within 2 hours. I didn’t any message or mail about my order cancellation and when i tried their customer support it was not answerable by anyone.
I ordered a jbl tune 700bt mistakely on vplak. But I couldn’t cancel it. No one is on the other end of the calls or mails. Total waste of time and there is no order cancellation option also.
I also ordered a JBL Soundbar worth around 12K by mistake tonight. I have sent messages to them. They only have office times from 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. So now they are not taking calls now. I would try to contact them tomorrow.
Luckily, I have selected cash on delivery so I haven’t lost any money yet. Hopefully they answer my call tomorrow. 🙏🏼
Some one from local persons file a cyber crime on these vplak.com site at gurgaon…
Can any one take the responsibility ,at least we avoid the cheating for online shopping buyers?

Yes..it is absolutely fraud site…Why cannot govt or police take actions on this fake cheaters?
I too not yet refunded 5k amount on cancelled order JBL in-air wireless headphone….Really frustrated about
their customer care number and its support mail id….
We need to punish them severely and complaint in cyber crime branch at gurgaon.
VPLAK is a completely fraud website. I ordered a Logitech headphone with worth rupees of 995/- but I didn’t find any order confirmation in their portal.
I didn’t get the product neither refund the money back. There customer care number is also a fake number they are not answering on calls or not replying to the emails.
Don’t ever buy any product from VPLAK. Its completely fake website and I lost ₹5490, I ordered home projector on May 9th 2020 and till now I dint get product or money refund, they are not picking customer care calls and they are not responding in mails as well
Last 10 days before, they replied saying that money refunded with fake bank UTR reference number and till now I dint get refund
