We have booked a plot in Gauribidanur, named Sancity Gold. We have paid full amount of 3,23,000 including electricity, water charges. It has been 5 years and the plot has not been registered nor our money refunded. Everytime we call them, they want us to buy some other plot paying additional 5 lakh rupees. This is totally unacceptable. We are not in a position to buy another plot. Please return our money.

I paid 3 lakhs for a site and in mysore bilikere kaveri project, but the the company people behaving in a rude manner when i ask about site agreement. they all are fraud and trined to cheat people. the woner of the company not available always. and the employee not takeing responsible for owr money. I applied for refund the money. for refund also they are not paying my money.
