Four or five months prior, I ordered 2 Numbers of Bathroom Mirror Cabinets. WM8299382 is my order number.

While being delivered to my delivery address, I received one stainless steel bathroom mirror cabinet in damaged condition.

After I complained to your customer service department, they once more sent a replacement Mirror cabinet product made of stainless steel.

It was once more damaged in transit, and I shared the information and pictures of the damaged item on your WhatsApp number. I requested a refund for both products almost a month ago.

I was told the product would be picked up in 2–3 days and a refund would be initiated for both products in the following 7 working days each time I sent a reminder via email and WhatsApp.

I have so far sent 7-8 reminders, and both your WhatsApp team and your customer service team have responded exactly the same way.

Your customer service has really disappointed and irritated me.

Your strategy is completely unprofessional.

Please take this matter to the next level and give me my refund within the next two days. The refund has been delayed for almost three months.
