I had placed one Birthday cake order with www.winni.in, in which I was about to receive Bouquet of Red Roses (No. of roses: 6,Packing: Cellophane), Black Forest Cake & Chocolates (5 Dairy Milk Chocolates of 12.5 gm each). for which they charged me 1049 Rs. in that I used 50 Rs. discount coupon and I paid 999 Rs to Winnin.in. When I received the order in that I received only Cake and Chocolate (5 Qty.) Bouquet was not delivered. When I checked and found chocolate price was 10Rs each and they charge 149 Rs for 5 Chocolate. 299 Rs they Charged for Bouquet. I asked them to refund then they said they will only refund 285 Rs of Bouquet, they will not refund 100 Rs of Chocolate which they charged extra.
