My Fiancee ordered a combo of a cake and a bouquet(Order no.-201801185977435). I got a call on Feb14, the delivery boy came to deliver the bouquet, and said that they are not able to deliver the cake as its not available. I asked him to deliver it at my home anyhow within 2-3hrs as i work in night shifts and i had to go to work after that, he said he will try. Then, i got a call @9pm that a delivery boy is coming to deliver the cake at my home, i said i am at work, he said he will deliver it at my work place, i said okay. And then, i got a call at 12:15am i.e., the next day(just the one call), which i missed by chance, i called him right after 7 mins, no response. Then i called again after 15 mins when i did not get any callback, he said he left from there and will deliver by tomorrow. And i called in the morning to cancel the order, they apologized and promised the delivery by @6pm at my home, which happened @10pm at my office with a Cadbury Celebrations box as an apology. I accepted it and the cake was in the refrigerator till morning. I cut the cake when i came back home, and i tasted it, i tasted sour. I have attached the picture of the whole cake laying in the dustbin. SHIT GOT DELIVERED WORTH Rs.4848/- with the free burden of delivery.
