I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered by 9am on 15th february. There was no delivery from them, neither did they inform me. It is 8pm now, and I have tried calling, chatting online, all they keep saying is that they will try their best.
I asked for refund, they refused. I paid via paypal, and they completely refused me any form of refund. They said, maximum by afternoon the cake would be delivered, and did not respond at all after that. The numbers given on the website are all fake.
This website is a huge scam, kindly look in to the matter.
