I ordered a cake from winni, this was my first order. There was an option there where I was asked whether I want the time of delivery to be specific or not and if it is to be specific the charge was extra 200. I paid this extra amount so my total jumped from 699 to 899.
Despite this extra amount I paid the cake was delivered at around 40 mins delay. On, top of everything when texted in the chat assistance there was not even a single glimpse of apology, the attitude was of full ignorance. In the middle of the chat, the assistant wasn’t even replying which made things worse.
This made the receiver wait a lot and she had some work to do.
I urge you to take this complaint seriously and take the required action. I paid the extra 200 which I want to be refunded.

Hello, i ordered some flowers on 14.02.2019 , but the same was not delivered yet(my valintine day surprise was spoiled ), and i received a message from winni that the order has has dispatched which is not so at 9:35 pm. Further the time promised was between 8 am to 9 pm. now, i want my money back as order is not received yet. My order no. is 90214469049.
