I had placed an order of 3 products ,1)Phillips SPA6700B CannonBT Home Theatre System , 2)Sandisk Cruzer Black 32GB Pen Drive, 3)Cannon Lazer Printer on 20/12/2016 all the products were over all costing Rs-10,480/-. The order was taken by Miss Pooja and Miss Rashmi.The mode of payment is PayUMoney I had paid the amount before the delivery. I had called many times to the companies registration office and I’m not getting a proper respond . Many times the call has been disconnected without recieving and if they respond, they are giving silly reasons for the delay . Now I have raised a complain and have done the cancellation procedure ,I just want the paid amount to be refunded in my account as soon as possible.Otherwise I’ll be taking strict actions on the company.
