I worked there from 22 Aug 2019 till 16 June 2020. Due to lockdown and my physical disability I requested them for leave to come back to my hometown. They said it will be leave without pay. I agreed. Them after only 10 days company HR asked me to come back to Pune. However due to lockdown transport was not available or was too costly. I said if it’s ok I would like to resign and rejoin in the future. HR was ok with it. But no one informed me that my LWP will come due in my full and final settlement which is RS.-3772 which I need to pay in order to get my experience letter. However no one told me about this and now they want me to pay the amount. Please help me to get my experience letter or my 9 months work with company will go down the drain.
