I had a company-provided desktop that WNS was supposed to pick up from my location after I left the company in 2019–20.
No one has responded even after several email exchanges with the organization.
I still have the system after three to four years, but it is useless to me.
I’ve been writing to them to get my debts paid off, but I’ve received no response.
I’ve been attempting to reach HR Swati Agarwal, but she hasn’t responded.
Additionally, I have been responding to emails from the assets recovery team asking to pick up the system from my house.
They have not done this.
I suppose there is only one way if this is how organizations like WNS torture their former employees.
Please take a look at the situation and, if you can, resolve it right away.
