I have ordered from nykaa worth 1600/- on May 2nd and they shared my AWB no. P01003103129. Since 3rd of May it’s been showing as bag is about to dispatch. Previously i used to receive parcel in 2-3days but this time it’s very long. Today is 14th May yet it still says bag about to dispatch. I tried calling those idiots and their customer care is such a waste I don’t even have words to describe.
Only a fraudulent service would do such things. You are such a fraud and evil. These kind of courier service should be behind bars.
I will try my best to defame you guys on all kinds of social media so that others should know truth about you Frauds and not to use your service.
