my name is ashwin
i have orderd(order ID given : 201711799) a watch model no KW 8X from online after seeing AD and i got in 6days after opening the box i saw as a wrong product and raised complaint of returning(ID : #451 done on 23/12/2017) because of WRONG Product.

Till now no responce..started calling them but either they wont pick the call or they wont answer.

i dont know what to do
