I have bought a smart watch in Wristmate.in website for 2499 rs and in second day it is not TURNING ON and its already a week passed for this.
I have raised a compliant at [email protected] and representative name ADITYA responded and finally no help for me. And from last 3 days i haven’t had any response from them either after multiple mails from me asking for Update.
Order #WM10259 and compliant raised is – #211909.
I need a refund of the amount i have spent. I don’t want to use a brand where they are not responding over the customer queries.
