Dear Sir,
My name is Deva Reddy Maditati, I have ordered(WM#7437) Wristmate smart watch for my kid through wristmate.in website and delivered through DHL express courier. AFter using for 10 days, the watch stopped charging and sent an e-mail to [email protected] but there is no response at their end. Tried reaching the customer care 0124-6790444 but it never get connected too but I did use twitter handle to escalate this to PMO and Cyber crime.
