Hello,
I have come across www.drivesim.in website NHAI Fastag service. Having government logo. I have booked a Fastag on Dec 19 2020 for Rs 1650/- through online. But there is no response from the service provider side and the contact number provided on the website is out of order. Actual cost of a Fastag is 500 and this fruadent has taken 1650/- without providing Fastag. I am keep sending emails daily and there is no any single reply.
Please help me on this and with the refund immediately.
This so call service provider has taken the personal information from as part of filling the application for Fastag which I feel is not safe and damaging. I want refund and security.
