Xolo – Bad service

Iam using a xolo x900 and my phone started giving problems (even though it was replaced by the company just a few months back). I went to the service center and and gave the phone for servicing twice and yet my phone was not in working condition.i was asked to give it for a third time after which there was no update on my phone for 30 days. After I contacted the head office I was given a replacement for my phone after a few days. But sadly the replaced phone also does not work. I wrote to the head of the company and complained several times but yet the company has not resolved my issue and not giving me a proper answer. It’s been two months now and I yet do not have a working phone in my hand nor a proper answer.

  2. I had bad experience with the service center as I gave my phone on 26 June 2014 for servicing in warranty period, due to constant hanging, bad battery and network issues. This was the first service done on this month, which took 20 days to get my phone back on 15 July 2014. But the issue is still ongoing and the new additional issue is that my battery is swelling up now after the first service which was not prior.

    I again submitted my phone on 16 July 2014 to the center.

    From 26 June 2014, till date.Due to this I suffered a lot and forcefully had to buy new mobile which was waste of money for me.

    And now they asking me to you have to pay charges for mobile.

  3. That’s correct, my Xolo Q1200 which has non removable battery, The battery got swelled up just in less than 2 months, even after not exhaustive usage. Its just their cheap batteries in xolo phones, though my phone is in warranty I still have to pay for the battery and services. Xolo care doesn’t really care. Xolo care staff is not actually a group of technical Team, consider it a collection point, all that they do at xolo care is resetting or formatting the phones, things that can be done own our on. They are not professional, don’t even listen to the problems. They don’t treat Xolo as something of their own, they would treat customers like any Gaffar Market roadside shopkeepers. They would even ask you to get your phones repaired outside from local Dukanwalas. Xolo Phones are basically like those Desi Jugaads, if they work, they work real good and for long time, but if in case something, even a small issue, happens to your phone, You are definitely going to be left with a very bitter taste in your mouth with excessive sense of loss to have bought this product. This is the difference among already established Brands like Nokia or Samsung, and still-emerging Brands like Xolo and Karbonn.

Booked for refill on 24/12/2013, Booking no. 556267,message will be deliver shortly with cash memo no.3000115896 on 04/01/2014.when enquire on 08/01/2014 on their mob. no.9830017883 some times they say short of refill cylinder some times they say their machine is out of order so the delay of supply. My consumer no. is 21522 at Baranagar Gas Services. What is the actual reason of delay of supply of refill cylinder?
