I had purchased the Xolo mobile Q700 with IMEI no. 911310450251872 from flipkart on 20th july 2013.
The mobile handset is defective, as only one SIM slot is functional while the other one is not.
I had logged a complaint on 26th July 2013 (Id: 310000086005), but I have not received any response till date.
I had reported the same issue to flipkart. They have asked me to get the report of the defect from Xolo service for them to replace the handset.
I am very disappointed with the xolo care for no response as on today.
