Xolo Care – Xolo Q1000s Display – No status of service

I had purchased a Xolo Q1000s mobile from amazon india and fased problem with the display from the day 1 I received it.
It display was flickering by its own and at one point of the screen there was no touch sensitivity. Although I informed

them in the beginning I managed to work with it in the same condition for 1 month, but however on Jan 4 I gave it for

service in iGlobe Systems which is the authorized service center for Xolo in Chennai , Tamilnadu and they said it will

take about 2 – 3 weeks to have the problem fixed. Later I received a call from them saying that it has been resolved and

when I went to collect the mobile I could see that they have not even checked my mobile and it was there exactly as how I

have handd to them. I then explained them the exact problem and they said they eill have to sen it to bangalore to have it

fixed. I then escalated the issue to the Xolo Customer Care and spoke to there senior supervisor by the name Harbider who

said thet he would be this resolved and later by Jan 28 they happen to dispatch the phone to Chennai giving a status that

the mobile has been fixed and kept alright. Later on Feb 4 when I went to collect the mobile the problem was still

existing and had to give it back again the second time. To be more precise the people in the service center are not at all

aware of the mobile technology and dont even know how to trouble shoot a minor problem.

I then had to escalate this again to Xolo Customer Care and spoke to the same Harbinder again and he has asked time for

another 1 more week to get this fixed. But the worst part is not one of them from the customer care is able to give us a

proper status or intending to help the customer . They all have their usual wordings and tempates they have learned during

their training period and keep telling the same story again and again.

My hope on having the mobile fixed is fading out and request and seek justice from the authority here. Any help in this

regard would be highly appreciated and would be grateful for the service given to the common people.

  2. My xolo A600. Worst service. Almost 3 weeks. no word about mobile. Submit in Deprosys Center in Chennai.
    Customer care fellow. Worst response.
