xolo Q1000 opus – help me to get back my phone

I bought xolo Q1000 opus 6month ago, now before 20 to 25 day i was facing problem with incoming speaker so i has decided to go at service center and he told me that incoming speaker parts not available yet, you have to wait 2 days i replied ok,
after 2 days i gone and ask to my phone he replied you have to wait 1week,
after 1 week i gone their and he replied your phone hase gone to delhi by mistek,
now after 20,25 days they are still saying to wait.
please help me to get back my phone.
my jobsheet no. is 310000567870.
my IMEI no. is 911351000053756.

please please help me sir/medam.
I hope you will possitive reply as soon as possible.
