I had given my q500 mobile for repairing in Dani industries-vasai west.(contact no 02502339925) .It had problem of battery power discharge I had given my mobile on 24th of feb.till date there is no response from the above said service centre.They say that the hand set have being send to head off for repair and asked me to contact customer care.The customer care executive could not give me a satisfactory reply and asked me to contact the service provider. Pl look into this matter at the earliest and i hope for a positive reply. Details of my mobile hand set is given below.
