My Xolo device earphones is not working properly .I m staying in Hyderabad and I purchased from Faizul Communication And problems are as follows:

1) The mic Button is not working.

2) Sometimes it get connected with my phone sometimes doesn’t.

Experiments:

* I have tried another earphones its working properly .

And I had visited to your nearest service center to Siri Comunications which is an Autorised Service Center Of Xolo with my handset’s earphone on 20th December 2013 and the service center person told me to submit my handset’s earphone for replacement and it will take minimum 7 to 8 Days and maximum 15 Days and i submit on same day but from that day i didn’t receivedmy Xolo device Earphones till yet.
