XOLO X900 Problem – No response from XOLO Customor care

I have given my mobile for service due to automatic reboot to F1 services on 13-9-2013. There is no response from their end. Also they are not responding to my calls. When ever they pick the call, they are keep on saying “we will get back you soon”. My Mobile IMEI number : 911202500256581. Complaint number is : 310000107651. I have purchased my mobile on Feb 2013. I have submitted my bill to F1 services Chennai
